Click in the right place to locate a sea or ocean
This geography game asks you to find a sea, an ocean, a gulf or a bay on the world map: its name appears, and you have to click at the exact spot. It covers the three oceans, the Atlantic, the Pacific and the Indian, and seas such as the Mediterranean, the Red Sea or the Gulf of Mexico. You learn where these bodies of water lie, which helps you review the seas of the world, in Europe, in Asia or across the whole planet.
A click within the marker's zone earns 10 points, and a click outside it earns 0. The tolerated zone is wide for oceans, narrower for gulfs and bays, and wider when the play area is large. After the answer, the game says "inside the zone" or "outside the zone", and gives the distance in kilometers outside the zone. A game has ten questions by default, with the choice of twenty, fifty or All questions in the zone, and the record is saved in the browser, for each zone. The game is for students and anyone reviewing geography.
