1. The service

Mnemoz offers free general knowledge quizzes: solo games, Endless mode, daily challenge, live games, duels, rankings and quiz creation. Some features require an account. The service is free and may be funded by advertising.

2. User account

• you provide accurate information and choose a username that is not abusive, misleading or impersonating someone else;
• you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity of your account;
• an account is personal: one per person;
• you can request deletion of your account at any time by email to calculateurfinance@proton.me.

3. Expected behavior

It is forbidden to:

• cheat or distort the rankings (multiple accounts, automation, exploiting flaws);
• disrupt the operation of the site or attempt to access areas not intended for you;
• publish content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic or that infringes the rights of others;
• mass-harvest the site's content (automated scraping) without permission.

In case of a breach, the publisher may remove content, reset scores, and suspend or delete an account.

4. Content you publish

You remain the owner of the quizzes you create. You grant Mnemoz a free right to host, display, index and promote them on the site. You warrant that you have the right to publish this content. Content is checked automatically and may be reported; the publisher may remove it.

5. Accuracy of content

Questions and explanations are provided for entertainment and learning purposes. Some are written or assisted by artificial intelligence; errors are possible. Please report them using the button provided for that purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its brand and its editorial content are protected. See the legal notice.

7. Availability

The service is provided free of charge and without any guarantee of continuous availability. It may be interrupted for maintenance or in the event of an incident, and games in progress, scores or rankings may be affected.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damage related to the use of the site, nor for content published by users.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the date appears at the top of the page. They are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to rules protecting consumers.
